As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has increased its impact on our communities, we feel it is important to let you know how we are responding. The health and well-being of our customers and associates are our top priorities and we care about the safety of all of our customers and associates who enter our store.
LA Balloons public warehouse store procedures have changed - We no longer offer in-store browsing or purchases. However, you can still order online and have your items shipped or set for curbside pickup.

- Helium re-fill service on customer-owned cylinders is now available. View refill prices.
Balloon Filling service at our Balloon Bar is temporarily unavailable. However you can rent a cylinder to inflate balloons. View rental prices.
As an alternative to coming into the store, here are simple ways to conduct business with us.
The easiest way to place an order. Online orders are quick and efficient. You can select for your order to be shipped or for curbside pickup at our
Glendale, CA warehouse.
We accept email orders. Our customers have found this to also be a quick and effective method of conducting business. Send to email@example.com
Place your order online prior to coming to the store. When you arrive, pull to the back of our building and call 818-246-9404.
IMPORTANT: Orders placed for Curbside Pickup (Monday-Friday) will be ready for pickup 2-3 hours after the order is placed when ordered before 3:30PM PST. Orders received after 3:30PM will be ready the following business day starting at 11AM.
ALERT: ALL carriers have suspended guarantees on shipping time frames due to COVID-19. Each carrier is experiencing delays in shipments. Allow for an additional 1-3 days for shipments to arrive. Shipping refunds are not available.
