LA Balloons wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help! Our online returns system makes it easy to request a return whether you ordered the wrong product or your item was defective.

LA Balloons will gladly accept the return of new, unused, unopened and undamaged merchandise within 7 calendar days of the package delivery date. Shipments must be postmarked by the 7th day from the package delivery date to be eligible for a return. Returned items due to the customer selecting the wrong color, wrong size, wrong design, etc. are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns on the following items: Unused Helium or other gases, Custom Orders, Seasonable, Closeouts and Edible items.

Products that have been discarded or thrown away are ineligible to be refunded.
