The Curbside pickup location is located on the north-eastern side of our building, adjacent to the CVS parking lot. Look for the blue door in the designated Curbside Pick-up area. Park, check-in and a representative will be out with your order within 10-15 minutes.

LA Balloons no longer offers on-site inflation services. You can either rent a helium tank and inflate the balloons at your venue or take your balloons to the nearest florist, party shop or grocery store (outside of the city of Glendale) and they will inflate your balloons for a fee.

For nearly 20 years, Betallic has distributed Sempertex balloons as Betallatex brand balloons. Now, Betallatex will be sold as Sempertex balloons, strengthening the global brand.

Both rental equipment pick-up and drop-off occur at our designated Curbside Pick-Up area, conveniently located on the north-east side of the building, adjacent to the CVS parking lot. Please park in one of the designated Curbside pick-up spots during our operating hours (Mon-Fri 9AM - 5PM).

Picking up? Check-in with your order number and we’ll bring the rental equipment out to your car.

Dropping off? Remove the rental from your car and bring it up to the blue door. Ring the Service bell and a representative will assist you.

Regrettably, we are unable to supply specific restock timelines. We encourage you to enter your email in the designated field on the product page to receive prompt notifications once the item becomes available again.

We are unable to add to an existing order, however, if you place a second order, we will make every effort to combine the two orders together.

On your second order in the cart "Add Order Notes Here” section, specify the following: PLEASE SHIP WITH ORDER # [the Original order #].

Choose the lowest shipping cost option (but do not select Curbside). Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping credits for the combined shipment.

Please place your second order promptly, and we will make every effort to consolidate your orders. If unable to combine, the second order will ship seperately.

To update your contact information, please follow these steps on your LA Balloons "My Account" page:

• For editing your name or email address: Click on the "My Profile" button, and then select the pencil icon located in the top right corner to make the desired changes.

• To modify your billing or shipping address: Access the "Addresses" button, where you can add a new address, set a default address, or delete an existing address as needed.

By following these instructions, you'll be able to easily manage and update your contact details within your account.

Yes, you can! To arrange this, include a note in your order specifying your preference for Uber pick-up. Once your order has been picked and packed, our team will call for you to schedule the Uber pick-up.

Important:
• Do not send the Uber immediately after placing your order. Please wait for our confirmation call prior to scheduling the Uber pick-up.
• You need to inform the Uber driver they will be picking up items from our designated curbside pickup area, as opposed to picking up a person.

We do not have order minimums. You are free to place an order of any size, without any restrictions or minimum purchase requirements. We believe in providing flexibility and convenience to our customers. Whether you need a single item or multiple products, we are here to fulfill your order.

Currently, we do not have a Free Shipping option available. While we strive to provide competitive pricing and high-quality products, shipping costs are not included in our services.

We understand the importance of evaluating colors before making a purchase decision. While we do not provide samples, we offer two alternative options for color testing.

You can order 5" versions of our latex balloons at a lower price to assess the colors firsthand. Additionally, we recommend considering the Latex Color Portfolio offered by TUFTEX, which provides their comprehensive range of latex colors available for purchase.

These options will allow you to confidently select the desired colors before ordering larger sizes as needed.
