Account Types:

WHOLESALE IN CALIFORNIA - TAXED
Applies to newly established businesses in the state of California engaged in the business of selling balloons. Purchases will qualify for wholesale pricing and will be charged applicable sales tax. Accounts are subject to approval by Customer Service before wholesale pricing will be available. Examples of these accounts: Balloon decorators, party stores, card shops, balloon twisters, clowns, and entertainers, etc.

Proof of Business Documentation: Business card, letterhead, flyer or sales brochure uploaded via the form above, or your business website, Instagram account name, or Facebook account name listed within the form above.


 

WHOLESALE IN CALIFORNIA - TAX EXEMPT
Applies to established California businesses with a valid California Seller’s Permit engaged in the business of selling balloons. Purchases will qualify for wholesale pricing less sales tax. Accounts are subject to approval by Customer Service before wholesale pricing will be available. Examples of these accounts: Balloon decorators, party stores, card shops, balloon twisters, clowns, and entertainers, etc.

Required Documentation: In the form above select "Wholesale - Tax Exempt", complete the form and submit a copy of your Seller's Permit.


 

WHOLESALE - OUT OF STATE
Applies to out of state businesses engaged in the business of selling balloons. Purchases will qualify for wholesale pricing. Accounts are subject to approval by Customer Service before wholesale pricing will be available. Examples of these accounts: Balloon decorators, party stores, card shops, balloon twisters, clowns, and entertainers, etc.

Required Documentation: A copy of your valid seller’s permit, or business license, or business card, or letterhead, or flyer or sales brochure uploaded via the form above, or your business website, Instagram account name, or Facebook account name listed within the form above.


 

DISCOUNT ACCOUNTS

Applies to non-profit and charitable organizations. Purchases will qualify for a 10% discount off regular pricing and will be charged applicable sales tax. Accounts are subject to approval by Customer Service before discount pricing will be available. Examples of these accounts: Churches, schools, charities, clubs, and other non-profit organizations.

Proof of Affiliation Documentation: A letter (on organization’s letterhead) stating your affiliation and position, a business card with your name on it, or similar documentation uploaded via the form above.
