Wholesale Pricing Application - Sales Tax Applicable

Applies to newly established businesses in the state of California engaged in the business of selling balloons. Purchases will qualify for wholesale pricing and will be charged applicable sales tax. Accounts are subject to approval by LA Balloons Customer Service before wholesale pricing will be available.

Examples of these accounts: Balloon decorators, party stores, card shops, balloon twisters, clowns, and entertainers, etc.
