Crystal Clear Aqua Balloon - perfectly round with a stretchy long neck.
The minimum recommended filling size is 3" (75mm) and the maximum filling size is 5" (130mm). Please note, the balloon is air-fill only will not float with helium. The balloon should be inflated with a slow inflating speed using a hand pump or mini blower. Balloon includes a pink protective film which peels off during inflation.
