Balloon Bond is a strong two-sided adhesive with removable, tearable paper liners. It is used to connect inflated latex or foil balloons. Balloon Bond is perfect for attaching foil balloons together at the seams to create waves, geometric balls, arrows and arches. Put your imagination to work and see what shapes you can come up with! For use in temperatures above 68F/20C.
For best adhesion, gently remove the colored ink from the surface of each foil balloon with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover and a Q-tip, then wipe the surface dry before applying the tape. Take care not to remove the silver covering under the ink. Avoid touching adhesive with fingers.
